This Master Invitation for Bids (MIFB-D) applies to all Domestic Commodity Procurement Division solicitations issued on or after April 24, 2026. It outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing agricultural commodities and their products (USDA Foods) for domestic food distribution programs, including the National School Lunch Program, Commodity Supplemental Food Program, Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations, and The Emergency Food Assistance programs. All USDA Foods purchased under this contract must be a product of the United States. The solicitation details various contract clauses and provisions, including those related to delivery instructions, packaging, labeling, electronic invoicing, and food defense requirements.
