Description
The United Nations Development Programme is requesting a quotation for one A90, 27-square-meter Green Library mobile capsule for public reading and small-group learning. The supplier must manufacture the fully equipped module, including the galvanized steel chassis and trailer, aluminum composite cladding, Low-E glazing, bamboo interior finishes, built-in bookshelves, furniture, electrical systems, Wi-Fi/data point, air conditioning, signage, and related site-preparation materials. The scope includes transportation, foundation and support preparation, installation, connection to the power grid, testing, commissioning, waste removal, operational briefing, handover documentation, and warranty support. The required implementation period is 55 calendar days from contract signature, and the supplier must provide at least 12 months of warranty coverage. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience and successful completion of at least two similar projects within the last three years, supported by project documentation and references.
