Description
UNDP is procuring laptops, a high-performance server, server workstations, network-attached storage, a 42U server rack, and a studio workstation. The schedule specifies quantities and minimum technical requirements, including processor, memory, storage, networking, graphics, display, and operating-system specifications. The server includes VMware vSphere licenses, and the equipment must be delivered DDP within 30 days after contract signature. The supplier must provide warranty coverage and after-sales technical support, including diagnostics, repairs, replacement of faulty components, and periodic maintenance. A dedicated focal point or service center in the Maldives must be available for warranty claims and technical assistance, with service-request response times not exceeding three working days. Evaluation is based on the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer; eligibility includes at least one similar completed contract within the last five years and an authorized-dealership certificate or confirmation of warranty provision.
