Description
The General Services Administration is requesting a quote for an all-or-none purchase of 14 Leupold MX-6HD 8–48x60mm Tremor 4 FDE scopes, part number 183042, and 14 Leupold MX Picatinny rail forward-folding mounts, part number 188983. The solicitation is brand-name-only; substitutions are not accepted. The quoted price must include freight, and delivery is FOB destination to San Diego, California. Requested delivery is 180 days or less after receipt of order. Quoters must submit one completed and signed RFQ form and the completed and signed MIL-STD-129R compliance form. Vendors must be registered in the OMS Vendor Portal or able to receive orders through EDI, and must be registered in SAM.gov before award. Award will be based on administrative compliance, technical acceptability, and lowest evaluated price. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside, and the applicable NAICS size standard is 1,000 employees or fewer.
