Description
Dewey County Commissioners are accepting bids for approximately 15,000 gallons of propane, along with routine furnace and storage tank maintenance. Propane must be delivered to the Dewey County Courthouse, Dewey County Highway Shop, and Dewey County Library, all in Timber Lake, South Dakota. Pricing is requested for a 12-month period from October 1, 2026, through October 1, 2027. If a bid includes an escalator clause, the successful bidder must deliver the first 1,000 gallons at the bid price.
