The estimated value for this procurement is $34,629, with a term of 3 years and two one-year renewal options. The procurement is being conducted as a single-source purchase from GoAnimate, Inc. (d/b/a Vyond) due to the proprietary nature of Vyond Studio and the significant disruption that would occur if migrating existing content and templates to another system. Market research confirmed that no alternative products match Vyond's functionality, ease of use, efficiency, and integrated animation capabilities, making it the only source able to provide the required software and continuity of service.
