Description
JEA is seeking an enterprise asset management software solution, with software-as-a-service preferred over on-premises deployment, to support its electric, water, wastewater, and facilities operations. Required capabilities include asset, work, preventive, corrective, condition-based maintenance, inspections, job planning, scheduling, workforce, inventory ordering, procurement, contractor work, warranty, calibration, linear asset, mobile, GIS, field management, and ERP integration, along with JEA security requirements. Implementation is excluded from this scope and will be solicited separately. The selected vendor must provide at least three relevant electric and/or water utility EAM software implementation references, including at least one utility with more than 100,000 customers, and must meet specified security and United States data-storage requirements. The response must include a firm price quote, with a minimum bid amount of $1,500,000, and pricing fixed for eight years. JEA intends to award one contract, although it may make multiple or partial awards. Required response forms include the Response Workbook, Information Security Questionnaire, and Subcontractor Form if applicable.
