Description
The U.S. Embassy in Tegucigalpa, Honduras requires comprehensive gardening and landscaping maintenance services for real property managed by the U.S. Government at the FCMR, DCMR, and TCMR locations. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform services including lawn care, pruning, leaf removal, debris removal, watering, fertilizing, and pest and disease control. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price type, with a base period of 12 months and three one-year option periods. The contractor must also submit a Grounds Maintenance Plan within 30 days of award and adhere to strict quality control and personnel conduct standards. Insurance requirements include Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance with specific minimum limits for bodily injury and disease, as well as workers' compensation for U.S. citizens or direct hires in the U.S. or its possessions.
