Description
PurchasePros is seeking contracts under which vendors provide a fixed general percentage discount on products priced through catalog price lists and/or retail store shelf pricing. Respondents must enter one minimum general discount percentage in the market basket workbook. The discount must remain in effect throughout the contract and any agreed-upon extensions; additional discounts or special pricing may be offered if they are consistent with the contract terms and available equally to all members. The solicitation requires electronic submission through DemandStar; manual or mailed bids will not be accepted. The bid package includes terms and conditions, a market basket workbook, and a W-9 form.
