Description
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing this Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify available office space for lease in the cities of Ottawa and/or Gatineau. The required space must be a minimum of 1,000 usable square metres of contiguous office space, with no upper limit. Space may be vacant (requiring fit-up) or fully fitted up with commercial Wi-Fi. Parking and storage requirements will vary. Lease commencement dates and durations will vary. Proposed space must be available for fit-up 4 to 24 months prior to lease commencement for vacant space, or 2 months for fitted space. Geographic boundaries are specified for several nodes: Gatineau (Aylmer, Hull, Gatineau sectors), Downtown Ottawa, Ottawa East, Ottawa South, and Ottawa West. Space must consist of whole floors or whole floors plus one partial floor, with internal accessibility. Compliance with PWGSC's standard lease form and security clearances (Reliability to Secret) may be required for future tenders.
