Description
The City of Sorel-Tracy is soliciting bids for renovation work on the main facade and electrical entrance of the Sacré-Cœur Centre at 105 Rue du Prince. The contract will be awarded through an open competitive process to the compliant bidder offering the lowest price; the city reserves the right to award all or part of the work. The contract period is explicitly stated as March 1 through December 17, 2027, approximately nine months. Bids may be submitted in person or electronically through the electronic tendering system, and the solicitation is subject to the Quebec–Ontario Cooperation and Canadian Free Trade agreements.
