Description
The contractor will repair a road shoulder at Atlantic Drive Site 1A. Work includes installing approximately 11.56 square yards of geotextile fabric, 22.96 tons of Class II channel lining, 1.44 tons of DGA road base, and 232.44 square feet of coconut coir mat, along with mobilization, demobilization, and traffic control. Work must follow applicable Kentucky Department of Highways construction specifications and is expected to be completed within 60 days of contract award. The bid submission requires an online cost proposal and declarations, active federal SAM registration, a drug-free workplace policy, three references, a contractor capacity and experience statement, and insurance information and policy copies. The contractor must provide supporting documentation, including work photos and quantity and disposal records, with its invoice.
