Description
Interior Health Authority is inviting firms to pre-qualify for future general contractor services supporting acute-care and non-acute-care projects in the Okanagan, Thompson/Cariboo/Shuswap, Kootenay Boundary, and East Kootenay local health areas. Future competitive projects may be budgeted from $200,000 to $1,000,000, $1,000,000 to $5,000,000, or over $5,000,000. The RFPQ remains active through May 31, 2027, with quarterly intake deadlines. Responses must be submitted by email as separate Microsoft Office or PDF files, including the pre-qualification form, corporate history and financial information, project references, key personnel and resumes, IPAC certification or registration, and any applicable additional documents. Respondents may provide up to three project references for each applicable acute-care or non-acute-care category, with combined references for both categories placed in one Appendix B file.
