Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada is conducting an expression-of-interest process for a potential lease of approximately 513 usable square metres of contiguous office space and one outdoor energized parking space in Yellowknife. The space must be in an office or commercial building, include a dedicated telecommunications room of at least 9 square metres, support business-hours cleaning, be fully accessible, and meet the agency’s leased-accommodation standards by the lease commencement date. The anticipated lease term is approximately 10 years, commencing on or about October 1, 2029, with an early-termination right beginning October 1, 2037, subject to at least 12 months’ written notice. Respondents must provide property and space details, including the municipal address, zoning, precise location within the building, measured area, architectural drawings showing washrooms and exits, parking information, and responses addressing the stated criteria. Agents must also provide an authorization letter from the property owner. This is an expression-of-interest inquiry rather than a tender or request for proposal, and may be used to develop a list of available spaces or support a future leasing solicitation.
