Description
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for verification services and a 12-month preventive service plan covering three Sartorius Octet RH96 instruments. The requirement includes three second-hand instrument verification services and three preventive service plans. Verification includes component verification, performance and power-on checks, device-log review, software-license checks, and evaluation of potential issues with repair quotations. Following successful verification, the service plan includes parts and labor for break/fix events, applicable software upgrades, and two annual preventive maintenance visits. The Government requires OEM-authorized support, factory-trained personnel, original spare parts, approved software support, and manufacturer-authorized maintenance procedures. Services are to be performed at the Vaccine Research Center.
