Description
The Export-Import Bank of the United States seeks the Economist Intelligence Unit's Viewpoint (Country Analysis Advanced Global) and Operational Risk databases. The requirement includes online access for up to 10 users, backup usernames and passwords upon request, analyst availability to answer questions about content and methodology, and training and service-enhancement updates as needed. The databases must provide original economic, financial, political, legal, country, industry, and operational-risk analysis covering global markets, including emerging-market countries. The requirement is identified as brand name or equal, with proposed equal products required to meet the stated salient characteristics and include identifying information, descriptive literature, any proposed modifications, and attestation that the products are commercial items. Offerors must provide line-item pricing for a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. The order will be firm fixed price and is subject to the availability of funds; award will consider responsiveness, responsibility, past performance, and lowest price.
