Description
Tri Dam Project is soliciting proposals for the Donnells Powerhouse excitation replacement project. Updated attachments and drawings provide technical information for the existing equipment, wiring, generator and transformer data, arrangement drawings, and installation requirements. The scope includes replacing existing excitation electronics while reusing specified existing hybrid bridges and magnetics, with associated control panels, digital front-end equipment, wiring modifications, and installation work. Addendum #1 requires proposers to include 1 ms sampling specifications for both the SPE and data logger. Addendum #2 permits vendors to bid options for rotating brushless excitation solutions and extends the bid closing date. The proposal deadline is October 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time according to the updated posting; the description also retains an earlier October 7, 2026, 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time deadline, so the current deadline should be confirmed in the solicitation documents.
