Description
Public Safety Canada is seeking offers from pre-qualified Supply Arrangement holders for secure, subscription-based IM/IT research and advisory services supporting digital modernization and public safety transformation. The requirement includes access to an online research library, assessment tools, diagnostics, templates, blueprints, reports, and independent research, together with advisory consultations, document and artefact reviews, Q&A sessions, and written recommendations. Services are organized into two streams: executive and middle-management support, and operational-team support. The contractor must provide qualified subject matter experts, including a dedicated strategic executive adviser for Tier 1 services, demonstrate independent research and formal information-protection policies, and provide evidence such as publications, platform screenshots, technology comparison reports, conference information, and AI use cases. The initial contract term is one year with an option for one additional year; Canada intends to award one contract for each stream, although a single contractor may receive both streams.
