The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting 40 bulkhead assemblies for ICBM systems, identified as NSN 1420-01-390-4419 AH and part number 23007735G1. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside under NAICS 336419 and includes a first-article testing alternative: offerors may propose 39 production units plus one first article, or 40 production units when first-article approval is not required.
