Description
St. Mary's Elementary School is seeking proposals for one internet access and data transmission service with capacity from 100 Mbps to 500 Mbps. The Form 470 lists installation and initial configuration as required. Proposals must identify the specific services offered, provide the District the ability to increase bandwidth during the contract term without extending the term or starting a new agreement, and state any one-time costs for bandwidth increases. Any optional extension periods must specify their number and duration. Bidders must offer the Lowest Corresponding Price and, at submission, have a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) or documentation that they have begun the process of obtaining one. Any free services offered must be clearly identified and comply with the applicable advisory.
