Description
The United States Army is soliciting brand-name musical instruments and band equipment for life-cycle replacement for the 156th Army Band. The 36 line items include a piano; alto and tenor saxophones; electric bass guitars; bass and keyboard amplifiers; music and drum stands; drum thrones, cases, drum sets, hardware packs, and snare drums; cymbal stands, packs, sets, stacks, and cases; a synthesizer; an oboe; and chimes. Specific manufacturers, models, and part numbers are identified in the solicitation and equipment list. This is a firm-fixed-price, total small-business set-aside RFQ evaluated on technical acceptance, price, and past performance. Quotes must include the solicitation cover worksheet, a signed SF 1449, the completed SF 1449 schedule of supplies/products and pricing, and the completed vendor equipment list, with UEI, CAGE code, and Federal Tax ID information. Delivery is required by October 30, 2026, to the specified military receiving location.
