Description
The City of Tulsa is soliciting full-service maintenance and repair for five Eaton Powerware UPS systems: three systems at One Technology Center and two systems at the 911 Call Center. The scope includes annual major examinations, semi-annual minor examinations, scheduled battery preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, written inspection reports, and necessary corrective work. Emergency service must be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, with a technician onsite within four hours of an emergency request. Replacement parts must be new Eaton OEM parts; battery replacement and equipment or software upgrades are excluded, although battery service is included. The initial contract term is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewal terms at the City's discretion. Bidders must submit pricing for annual service at each listed UPS system, unscheduled-service labor, and a discount from the manufacturer's list price for repair parts. The bid package requires two completed copies—one original and one copy—and includes the City's pricing exhibit, affidavits, purchase agreement, and other listed materials.
