Description
This is a sole source procurement for research and development support services in Laos. The contractor will be responsible for monitoring and characterizing emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases, specifically focusing on antimicrobial resistance and virulence patterns in ESKAPE+ and bacterial enteric pathogens. This includes obtaining regulatory and ethical approvals, collecting and analyzing laboratory isolates from multiple hospital sites, determining antimicrobial resistance genes, and reporting findings. The contractor will also provide presentation at an international conference as an optional task. All communications and deliverables must be in English.
