Description
UNDP seeks a five-star hotel in central Seoul to host the Human Development Report 2026 launch and a consultation on March 30, 2027. The event includes two meeting packages: a morning launch for approximately 100 participants and an afternoon consultation for 30 participants. Requirements include conference rooms, an executive meeting room, registration tables, stages and banners, audio-visual equipment, and technical support for video recording; the launch also requires YouTube livestreaming. Catering includes coffee and tea breaks with cookies and milk, lunch boxes for 100 with rice, chicken, fish, and vegetarian options and no red meat, and drinking water without plastic bottles. The quotation must include the completed and signed Annex 2 Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, along with a company profile, business and tax registration certificates, evidence of at least three similar client projects from 2022–2025, and satisfactory-performance certificates or client contacts for three references.
