Description
Global Affairs Canada is seeking routine and as-needed cleaning services for the Embassy of Canada to Switzerland. The scope covers daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic cleaning inside and outside the Chancery, including offices, reception areas, secured areas, conference rooms, kitchens, washrooms, storage areas, a gym, a library, a garage, stairs, balconies, and other exterior areas. Services include dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal, recycling support, restroom restocking, glass and window cleaning, carpet shampooing, floor polishing, deep cleaning, and event-related or unforeseen cleaning upon request. The contractor must provide qualified, security-vetted personnel, commercial-grade equipment, environmentally friendly and biodegradable cleaning products, uniforms, supervision, inspections, work schedules, a daily on-site logbook, weekly coordination meetings, follow-up notes, and monthly service reports. The contractor must demonstrate at least 36 months of comparable cleaning experience within the previous five years, provide references, and maintain a cleaning-services registration or license issued by the relevant Swiss authorities. The contract has a one-year initial period with two additional one-year option periods. Offers are evaluated using mandatory technical criteria and lowest evaluated price.
