Description
The Authority seeks a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and on-call repair for airport conference-room audiovisual systems, including systems in conference rooms, the Emergency Operations Center, and the Access Control Center. Preventive maintenance is required twice annually and includes hardware inspection, firmware and software updates, audio and video validation, network and security reviews, configuration backups, and end-to-end functionality testing, with written reports. On-call work may include repairs, component replacement, and upgrades; additional work requires an approved work plan and written notice to proceed. The scope also includes installation and integration of audiovisual equipment and related wiring, cabling, control systems, power distribution, and low-voltage systems. Respondents must hold a valid California C-10 Electrical Contractor license and provide proof of the specified certifications and partnerships, including Corning, ISO 9001, Extron, Barco, Yealink, Microsoft, and Crestron qualifications. Proposals must include three relevant project references from the past five years and a completed compensation and payment schedule. The selected contractor will be subject to prevailing-wage requirements; proof of insurance is required after award, not with the proposal.
