Description
Anoka County seeks a unified software solution for its Public Health and Environmental Services programs, replacing its Energov licensing and inspection platform, a hazardous-waste Access database, and reliance on OnBase for document management. The system must support licensing, inspections, violations, complaints, invoicing, payment processing, reporting, records retention, and mobile field work, while integrating with the County’s financial and other existing systems. The County prefers a single package, but will consider multiple integrated products that avoid duplicate data entry. The selected vendor will provide implementation and professional services, including project management, configuration and installation, software development or modification, integrations, data migration, documentation, training, maintenance, and ongoing support. Proposals must address the County’s detailed functional and technical requirements, provide a fixed-price cost proposal, and include the required proposal forms and supporting materials. The initial contract term is three years, with implementation and ongoing annual support and maintenance.
