Description
The library seeks a firm to support development of a new strategic plan, including internal and external stakeholder interviews, digital and paper community surveys using a prior survey as a baseline, analysis of survey results and demographic, economic, and housing data, and up to three planning workshops. The work also includes a technical report and a 2028 implementation plan, followed by annual evaluations, updates, and technical reports for 2029 through 2032. The proposal should describe the firm's qualifications and experience, assigned staff and their qualifications, similar engagements and references, and its proposed work plan and analytical approach. It must include cost information, a valid Nevada business license number or proof of exemption, an independence statement, and a copy of the firm's most recent classification and compensation analysis report. Note: the attached RFP text also contains requirements for a compensation and classification analysis, which conflict with the library strategic-planning scope described in the posting.
