Description
Bartlesville School District seeks proposals for leased lit fiber point-to-point WAN connections from its Education Service Center to 10 school sites, with a required bandwidth of 10 Gbps and incremental pricing from 10 Gbps to 25 Gbps. Proposals may include Category 1 network equipment or fully managed leased lit fiber, with leased routers or switches as needed. Vendors must provide pricing for all connections and associated costs, including recurring service, equipment, installation or construction, and fees; identify service architecture and bandwidth; and provide a network diagram and proposed service-level agreement. The service must be available by July 1, 2027, or the vendor must state its guaranteed availability date. The district is replacing its existing WAN service as the current contract expires. Proposals must include a project timeline, pricing schedule, proposal description, and the specified experience, reference, and certification materials. Attachment A, the pricing authorization, and Attachments B and C must be completed; Attachment B also calls for three similar projects performed within the past five years, three references, and relevant employee certifications. The completed cover page, proposal, and Attachments A, B, and C must be combined into one PDF and uploaded. Award is subject to E-Rate funding and governing board approval.
