Description
The National Institutes of Health intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for a 12-month service maintenance agreement for a Cytek Aurora flow cytometer. The requirement includes preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair labor, replacement parts and corresponding lasers and handlers, engineer travel, and unlimited technical support. The contractor must provide on-site service, including at least one annual preventive-maintenance visit, priority service scheduling, diagnosis of repair needs within 24 hours, and provision of required service and parts within 48 hours after notification. Field Service Engineers will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency repairs, while Technical Applications Specialists may provide remote or on-site assay troubleshooting, scientific consultation, panel design, and related support. Service reports and specification reports are required upon completion of service.
