Description
Saint John's College High School is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers for E-Rate-eligible Category One dedicated Internet access. The required solution must provide at least 5 Gbps of dedicated, symmetrical, fully managed service, with separate pricing for 10 Gbps, and must include a minimum IPv4 /29 static address block. Proposals may use leased lit fiber or a functionally equivalent technology and must include all facilities, equipment, installation, configuration, testing, activation, monitoring, fault management, and 24/7 network operations support needed for an operational service. A managed router and associated licensing, maintenance, monitoring, and support must be included if required by the proposed solution. Respondents must provide itemized pricing for 36-month and 60-month initial terms, plus up to two optional one-year renewal periods, including monthly recurring, non-recurring, special-construction, installation, configuration, shipping, tax, licensing, and other applicable costs. Proposals must describe an enforceable service-level agreement covering availability, latency, packet loss, jitter, repair and response times, escalation, maintenance, service credits, outage reporting, customer portals, and performance reporting. Responses must include the requested applicant and service-provider information, completed pricing worksheet, terms and conditions, and relevant E-Rate, supply-chain, debarment, conflict-of-interest, and compliance certifications or disclosures.
