Description
The World Resources Institute seeks a consultant, consortium, or organization to lead resource mobilisation for the Food & Land Use Coalition's China and India Country Platforms. The engagement will identify and assess Asia-Pacific funders—including family offices, high-net-worth individuals, philanthropy advisors, foundations, corporate CSR programs, and venture philanthropy networks—and develop a prioritized donor map and fundraising strategy for each platform. The selected supplier will create three tailored funding propositions per country, provide warm introductions to at least 10 prioritized donors per platform and facilitate initial discussions with at least five, and provide ongoing strategic advice. The work also includes identifying and engaging Singapore and regional stakeholders for the Protein Transition Hub, including funders, investors, alternative-protein companies, supply-chain participants, research organizations, and public agencies. The assignment is expected to last approximately three months, with effort allocated 60% to China and 40% to India, under a fixed-price contract. Proposals must include a one-page statement of interest, a methodology and work plan of no more than three pages, a USD financial proposal, team CVs, examples of similar assignments, two references, and proof of registration, tax compliance, and absence of debts.
