The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting a quotation for two commercial-item sleeve bushings, NSN 3120-01-552-8632, part number FMB-889-45480-C, manufactured by Fatigue Technology, Inc. The item is identified as a critical application item and must comply with the stated technical and quality requirements, including QAP 13873 and QAP-B02 Revision A. Inspection and acceptance will occur at origin.
