Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking equipment and labour to perform winter maintenance operations on Provincial Roads 350 and Provincial Trunk Highway 1 service roads in Manitoba during the 2026/2027 winter season. The requirements include 3,069 pass kilometres of snow plowing, 140 hours of hourly snow-plowing services, and 100 standby days. The procurement is an open competitive opportunity covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, and Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
