Description
The U.S. Embassy Brussels seeks quotations to establish multiple blanket purchase agreements for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning supplies. Requested items include boilers and parts, radiators, valves, thermostats, pumps, heating pipes and fittings, ducting, grilles, fans, filters, ventilation-unit parts, insulation, sealants, fittings, and other maintenance and replacement materials compatible with installed equipment. The aggregate value of calls under each BPA may not exceed $33,000 or the euro equivalent, and individual calls may not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The supplier must maintain stock of commonly ordered items, offer compatible alternatives for approval when products are unavailable or discontinued, and provide wholesale supply, technical product support, and counter pickup. Orders must be confirmed in writing within one business day; standard delivery is due within three business days of confirmation, with urgent delivery within 24 hours when stock permits. The supplier must accept eligible returns, replace defective or incorrect items within 48 hours, and provide at least a 12-month warranty or the manufacturer's warranty, whichever is longer. Respondents must submit indicative pricing and a current price list (catalog).
