Description
Northern Valley Regional High School District is soliciting electronic proposals for Category One dedicated Internet access and data transmission services. The requested Internet access bandwidths are 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, 3 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 10 Gbps at the hub site, with separate pricing for static IP address blocks and optional managed-router service. The data transmission component connects one satellite location to the hub and requests 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, 3 Gbps, and 5 Gbps options on a per-site basis. Proposals must include monthly recurring charges inclusive of taxes and fees, one-time charges, service start dates, applicable hardware and aggregation-circuit costs, and separate pricing for bundled services. The requested term is three years, although other terms may be considered. Vendors must have a valid SPIN at submission, provide standard contract terms and conditions, support either SPI or BEAR invoicing, and submit a signed and dated specification document plus completed Attachment A and/or Attachment B. Vendors should have prior experience serving New Jersey public school districts and must comply with applicable New Jersey public contracting requirements and the stated federal restrictions on covered communications equipment and services.
