Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for 421 each of Mil-Spec O-rings, NSN 5331-01-656-2398, part number AS3581-015. The items must conform to the applicable SAE AS3581A standard and must be oxygen cleaned and packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-1330E. The solicitation also requires specified military packaging, marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129, waterproof and greaseproof opaque packaging, and a 240-month non-extendable shelf life. Delivery is to be offered in days after award, with a stated delivery requirement of 183 days after date of award. Inspection and acceptance are at destination, and partial or expedited shipments are acceptable at no additional cost. The procurement is full and open, is not a small-business set-aside, and includes export-controlled technical-data access requirements for eligible offerors and proposed sources.
