Description
The State of Tennessee, Department of Environment and Conservation, is seeking a modern, enterprise-grade cloud-based point-of-sale system for Tennessee State Parks. The system must support retail merchandise and food-and-beverage operations across six lodge restaurants, seven resort park lodge gift shops, and two independent restaurants, with capacity for additional facilities. Required capabilities include transaction processing, barcode and SKU management, menu and modifier configuration, inventory management, purchasing and vendor-invoice integration, reporting and analytics, employee permissions, customer loyalty, tax-exempt transactions, mobile/tablet point of sale, gift cards, payment processing, and integration with Maestro Hospitality Systems and other specified platforms. The contract includes furnishing and installing commercial-grade hardware such as terminals, receipt and kitchen printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, EMV payment terminals, and kitchen display systems. The contractor must provide implementation, data migration, testing and user acceptance testing, onsite and virtual training, 24/7 technical support, maintenance, hardware support, security controls, and ongoing software updates. The estimated maximum liability for 60 months is $3,400,000, with up to five 12-month renewal options. The stated go-live date is April 1, 2027.
