Description
Stuttgart School District is seeking bids for Category Two Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) for one or both of two projects. Project A covers managed services for one leased Cisco ISR4331/K9 firewall, specified as 1 GB capable. Project B covers managed services for leased network equipment: 42 Meraki MS125-24P-HW switches, five Meraki MS125-48LP-HW switches, and 127 Meraki MR46 wireless access points. Bidders must bid on all requested items within any project they choose to pursue; bids for individual components will be disqualified. Bidders must submit the required C2 Cover Page and a quote or bill of materials for the projects bid. The cover page must show exact dollar amounts for eligible and ineligible costs, and applicable taxes, installation, shipping, and other charges must be included and itemized by project where applicable. Bidders must participate in the E-rate program for the funding year and provide a valid SPIN. Awards are contingent on E-rate funding and final board approval.
