Description
The United Nations Development Programme South Sudan Country Office seeks an individual consultant to support the REVIVE II Project with end-to-end logistics and supply chain coordination. Responsibilities include movement planning; customs and clearance coordination; warehouse operations; inventory, asset, and fleet management; transport and distribution oversight; vendor coordination; and logistics reporting. The assignment includes field missions to project implementation locations and requires compliance with UNDP operational, safety, security, and accountability procedures. The engagement is for 125 working days over six months, with an expected start date of October 15, 2026. Deliverables include an inception logistics work plan, procurement plans, verified stock and replenishment plans, post-event logistics evaluations, supply-chain risk assessments, and an end-of-assignment report with final distribution analysis, warehouse close-out statements, asset records, and handover documentation. The consultant must submit a technical proposal, completed and signed Offeror's Letter to UNDP confirming interest and availability with a detailed financial breakdown, a CV or Personal History Form with at least three references, a brief suitability statement, methodology, and academic or professional certification evidence.
