Shape the RFP before the buyer writes it

Bidscope shows you what an agency plans to buy months before it posts: expiring contracts, budget lines, forecasts and meeting notes. You reach the buyer while they are deciding the requirements, with time to shape what the RFP asks for.

See the work agencies plan to buy

A contract that ends next spring has an end date on file today. An agency that intends to buy something tends to write it into a budget or a forecast first, or raise it at a meeting. Bidscope collects those records on one forward-dated list, so you can meet the buyer while they are deciding the requirement.

  • Recompetes: solicitations and past awards nearing the end of their contract period, with an estimated date for each option period
  • Budget: line items Bidscope reads out of an agency's published budget, each with a category and a dollar range
  • Forecast: purchases agencies have said they intend to make, from sources including GSA's Acquisition Gateway Forecast Tool
  • Meeting notes: AI alerts on agency meetings where a purchase comes up for discussion
The Signals table, each row a future contract with its type, buyer and estimated date

See how firm each date is before you plan around it

A future date is an estimate, and Bidscope tells you how good an estimate it is. It reads the term in the contract documents and rates each signal Strong, Medium or Weak. Filter to Strong while you decide where the quarter goes, and widen to Weak to map a market you are new to.

  • Strong: a single end date on file and no option years
  • Medium: the end of the base period, or the end of the final option period
  • Weak: an interior option year the buyer can exercise or let lapse
Signal filters narrowed by strength and type, cutting the list down to firm dates

Sort upcoming work by fit with what your company does

Bidscope runs signals through the same Matching Profile as your live opportunities and gives each one a Match score against your Smart Codes. It matches budget line items by meaning, so if you sell telematics, you see a line reading “replace fleet telematics” that carries no code.

  • One Match score per signal, sortable like any other column
  • Filters for buyer, buyer type, date range, value and NAICS

Get a name to call

Open a signal and Bidscope shows Probable Contacts: the people at that buyer it expects to own the purchase, each with a probability score. It infers them from whoever ran similar solicitations and awards elsewhere in that agency's hierarchy. On a budget line with no contact attached, you can make the first call this week and spend the months before the RFP building the relationship.

“With Bidscope, we’ve found RFPs we hadn’t seen through other channels, even within our home state. This has allowed us to expand our reach and pursue projects we otherwise would have missed.”
