Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of Bidscope, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use Bidscope. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Information
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Security
Notify us immediately at ops@bidscope.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Services
Bidscope aggregates publicly available government contracting opportunities and matches them to your profile and preferences. You may:
- Browse and search opportunities on free plans.
- Access additional listings, filters, alerts, and analytics on paid subscription plans.
- Draft and submit proposals with Bidscope AI on paid subscription plans, subject to Section 6.2.
5. Paid Plans and Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription tiers. Details and pricing are available on our site.
5.2 Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage-based charges, such as additional proposal writing sessions and printing and postage for proposals submitted by mail, are billed as they are incurred. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for both.
5.3 Cancellations
You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle or, for plans with a minimum commitment term, at the end of that term. You will keep access to paid features until your cancellation takes effect.
5.4 No Refunds
All fees are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees for monthly and annual plans, fees for any minimum commitment term, and usage-based charges. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused days, unused features, downgrades, early cancellation, or accounts suspended or terminated under these Terms. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. The only exceptions are those required by applicable law.
6. Accuracy and Disclaimers
6.1 Data Accuracy
We strive to provide up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee that all opportunity listings are complete, accurate, or current. You acknowledge that any data retrieved from Bidscope may be incorrect or outdated, and you assume all risk arising from use of such data.
6.2 Proposal Drafting and Submission
At your request, Bidscope AI drafts proposal materials from a solicitation and its attachments. Drafts are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every draft before it is signed or submitted, and for confirming that it meets the solicitation’s requirements and deadlines.
Where you direct us to submit an approved proposal by email or mail, we do so on your instructions and as your agent. We do not guarantee that a submission will be delivered, received, accepted, or evaluated by the agency, and you remain responsible for confirming receipt. Some solicitations require steps we cannot perform, such as notarization or third-party signatures; in those cases you are responsible for completing the submission yourself.
6.3 Referral Services
Where you request help via our “Referral” feature, we will connect you with third-party partners. Bidscope is not responsible for any interactions or transactions that follow; any agreement you enter into with a referral partner is solely between you and that partner.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks on Bidscope are owned by Bidscope or its licensors. You may use the site only as permitted by these Terms; you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Bidscope in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site or servers.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security features.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bidscope and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bidscope, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the site will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the site. Any changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Bidscope is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Contact
