Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks an individual contractor who speaks Turkish and English to support implementation of an action plan promoting women's full, equal, and meaningful participation. The consultant will work as part of a bicommunal expert team and provide technical support on gender equality, civil society engagement, women's and youth participation, and gender mainstreaming. The assignment includes planning and delivering five civil society consultation workshops; stakeholder mapping and outreach; preparation of agendas, facilitation materials, reports, communication content, infographics, flyers, and a video script; support for a final event; and preparation of presentations, briefing materials, key messages, and recommendations for relevant stakeholders. The estimated input is 63 days over a nine-month period, with work performed remotely except for on-site activities and travel across Cyprus as required. Applicants must submit an output-based financial proposal and demonstrate the required education, experience, language ability, driving authorization, and eligibility to work in Cyprus.
