Description
The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide construction management support services for the Navy Way and Seaside Avenue Interchange Improvements project. The work includes pre-construction, construction, post-construction, and optional as-needed services, including constructability review, bid support, scheduling, change-order processing, quality control, environmental compliance, claims management, project closeout, public outreach, partnering facilitation, quality assurance, and additional support. The project requires knowledge of Caltrans design standards and interchange construction means and methods. The primary onsite staff—Senior Construction Manager, Field/Office Engineer, and Document Control/Clerical staff—must be physically onsite during the construction phase; onsite work may also be required during pre-construction and post-construction. The anticipated work period is 30 months within a contract term of up to three years. The approximate budget is $4 million to $6 million. One consultant team will be selected, and the proposal must use the updated Project Cost and Resource Schedule attachments. No proposal page limit is specified, but email submissions are subject to a 40 MB maximum file size.
