Description
The United Nations Development Programme Malawi Office is seeking one service provider under a non-exclusive four-year long-term agreement to manage the Growth Accelerator and Green Economic Transition Facility. The scope includes portfolio and fiduciary management, preparation of contracting packages and milestone verification reports, monitoring of grant disbursements and matching contributions, financial and technical reporting, risk management, and maintenance of monitoring and evaluation systems. The provider must also deliver business acceleration, mentorship, tailored technical assistance, investment-readiness support, ecosystem engagement, communications coordination, enabling-environment research, and support for green enterprises. The proposed team must include a project manager, business acceleration/support officers, and a part-time monitoring and evaluation officer. Assignments will be issued through call-off orders, with frequent travel to supported ventures throughout Malawi. The solicitation uses a two-envelope process, with technical proposals evaluated before financial proposals.
