The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation is preparing an unrestricted indefinite-quantity contract for 59N and KC-130 parts kits, electro-mechanical linear, NSN 1680-010830273, under IQC PR 1000246751. The estimated annual quantity is 40 each, with a two-year base period and no option periods. The item is currently manufactured by CEF Industries, LLC, CAGE 00268, part number 8037-232. Production units will have a 150-day delivery requirement, with FOB origin and inspection and acceptance at origin. The solicitation is expected to be issued through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on or about October 27, 2026; no paper copy will be available.
