Description
Cleveland County is soliciting bids for a one-year, non-encumbered contract to supply inmate clothing and sandals. The clothing scope includes shirts and pants in specified sizes and colors, including orange, navy blue, lime green, red, black-and-white horizontal stripe, and tan. Garments must meet detailed construction, fabric, stitching, labeling, sizing, and stenciling requirements, including facility identification and inmate sizing information. Vendors must provide pricing by item and size and may be awarded the clothing portion, the sandals portion, or both. The sandals scope includes orange, one-piece, waterproof, antimicrobial, slip-resistant, odor-resistant, stress-tear-resistant ethyl vinyl acetate sandals, offered either as left/right-foot pairs or in a universal-fit design. Vendors must identify brands, item numbers, unit and case quantities, and unit pricing. Samples of the proposed shirts, pants, and sandals must accompany the bid. All items must remain available throughout the contract period, and orders must be delivered without a minimum order requirement. The contract term is November 7, 2026, through November 6, 2027, subject to the stated termination provisions.
