Description
The County of St. Paul is seeking one consultant to coordinate strategic planning services for four participating municipalities: the County of St. Paul No. 10, the Town of Elk Point, the Town of St. Paul, and the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay. Each municipality will develop or refresh and adopt its own Council-approved strategic plan to guide priorities, resources, decision-making, and implementation during the current Council term. The assignment is municipal-focused and is not intended to produce a regional strategic plan or imply amalgamation. The selected consultant is expected to provide coordinated engagement, consistent facilitation, and consideration of strategic alignment where municipalities collaborate through shared-service agreements.
