Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for 488 each of shear bolt NSN 5306-01-375-2385, requisition 7017940505. The item must meet the applicable technical data and quality requirements, including the referenced NAS6203 through NAS6220 standard, QAP-EQ003, CDRL-COQC-22104, and NAS4002 requirements. Manufacturing inspection must comply at minimum with SAE AS9003 or an equivalent ISO 9001-based standard tailored to SAE AS9003. Origin inspection and acceptance are required. The quotation is for a supply purchase with delivery 148 days after order, FOB origin. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and applicable DLA requirements, including MIL-STD-129 marking and palletization requirements. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside, and quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
