Description
The City of Mobile is soliciting sealed bids for Mardi Gras throws. The award will be made on an all-or-none basis. Bidders must sign their bids and include any issued addenda with the response. Faxed and emailed responses will be rejected. Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with bid number 6074 and the bid opening date, and received by the Purchasing Department by the deadline. The solicitation includes a cone-of-silence provision and requires bidders to review the terms and conditions; bids are F.O.B. destination unless otherwise stated.
